A lot is happening in the food industry, including in the field of sustainability. Unfortunately, not all initiatives are noticed. The creators of World Food Producers think that is a shame! They have therefore started a platform with the aim of informing and inspiring others about sustainable developments within this industry. PaperWise is one of the companies that caught their attention in their quest for future-proof initiatives. Britt Dragstra (Junior Project Leader at the IVN Institute for Nature Education and one of the forces behind World Food Producers) visited PaperWise and spoke with founder Peter van Rosmalen.
